PURCHASE POLICIES AND REGULATIONS
Payment policy
Depending on the nature of the order, quantity, and order frequency, our sales accounting department will consider and apply appropriate payment methods as follows:
Option 1: Bank Transfer: After order confirmation, please make a bank transfer, and we will
proceed with delivery as agreed or contracted with you.
Option 2: Cash Payment: You can pay in cash at our warehouse when you pick up the goods.
Option 3: Credit: The company and the customer may discuss a credit period of 10/15/20/30 days if the company's requirements for cooperation duration, purchasing frequency, and order quantity are met.
• Note: For customers who wish to purchase large quantities for business or wholesale purposes, please contact us directly for a reasonable pricing policy. Payment will be made according to the contract. We commit to transparent, legal business practices, selling quality products with a clear origin.
Complaint handling policy
- We accept all complaints from customers related to the use of our company's services.
- Complaints will be resolved within a maximum of 03 (three) working days from the time the customer's complaint is received. In force majeure cases, both parties will negotiate.
Shipping and delivery policy
Normally, after receiving order information, we will process the order immediately and provide feedback to the customer regarding payment and delivery. Delivery time is usually within 1-3 days from the order confirmation date or as agreed upon with the customer when placing the order. However, in some cases, delivery may take longer, but only in the following unavoidable situations:
- Our staff cannot reach the customer by phone, so delivery cannot be arranged.
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.
- The order quantity changes continuously, causing delays in order processing.
- The warehouse is out of stock, and our supplier delivers later than expected, causing delays in delivery to you, or the delivery partner is delayed. Regarding shipping fees, we use external shipping services, so shipping costs will be calculated based on the fees of the respective shipping companies, depending on the location and weight of the order. When confirming the order with the customer, the specific fee will be
communicated. Depending on the order quantity, we may adjust to partially cover this cost in a way that best benefits the customer.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Cases Eligible for Return/Exchange
Defective Products – Expired Products
Please inspect the product upon receipt. If you find any packaging defects or incorrect/expired expiration dates, please contact our sales department for resolution. If the product is damaged during shipping, please refuse the delivery and return the product to us.
Products Do Not Match the Order
After receiving the goods, do not use the product immediately. Take time to carefully read the labels and instructions to ensure that the product meets your needs. If there is a mistake in the delivered goods, please contact us immediately, provide actual images and the order details, so we can assist in returning the goods.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
Timeframe for Return/Exchange:
Within 01 day of receiving the goods, if you find any discrepancies, please contact us immediately via the provided phone number to confirm the return/exchange.
– The returned product must be in its original condition.
– The warranty card (if any) and the company’s seal on the product must remain intact.
– If the error is on the company's part, we will cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping and packaging costs for the return/exchange process.
Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: After receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the items. If there is an issue,
please contact the sales department while the delivery staff is still present.
If the delivery staff has already left: If you wish to return or exchange the goods, you can contact us to arrange a return/exchange schedule.
Step 2: After the Customer Support Center informs you of the return/exchange schedule, please cooperate for a quick resolution.
